Shipping in Bulgaria
Delivery is at the customer's expense, as well as any other costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.. The delivery time for the goods ordered with the order, for which payment has been received, to the address specified by the customer is from 24 hours to 5 working days after receipt of order confirmation, the period may be extended on public holidays and/or weekends with the period of non-working days. In all cases, there may be a delay in the delivery time specified, for which the user shall be promptly notified by furnite.bg.
The delivery of the ordered goods shall be carried out in the manner chosen by the User and according to the terms indicated. furnite.bg reserves the right to extend the specified terms by up to 7 (seven) days without informing the User in advance, and to extend the terms by more than 7 (seven) days with the prior consent of the User who requested the delivery.
When ordering a purchase from the online store, in the "Remarks" the User has the opportunity to specify a convenient day for delivery, furnite.bg shall tailor the delivery to the User's preferences, which shall be promptly notified to the User.
furnite.bg may request further confirmation from the user of the order, including by telephone, fax, e-mail. In the event that the User refuses to provide the information requested by furnite.bg, the refusal to provide it shall result in the automatic cancellation of the order with or without further notice to the User.
"Furnite" Ltd. is under no obligation to assemble and install the delivered goods. Delivery of goods purchased from "Furnite "Ltd. is carried out to:
1. The door of an apartment or office for buildings commissioned with a model 16 certificate, with a working lift allowing the appliances to be taken up.
2. The door of a yard, in the case of houses with a yard, or the door of a house, in the case of houses without a yard, to which there is a passable road;
3. The entrance of a residential building when the same is not commissioned with a certificate of Form 16 and/or there is no working elevator, and in any other case not covered by the above conditions.
4. All dispatch options offered by Ekont, for example dispatch to an Ekont office.
furnite.bg shall not be liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond furnite.bg's control, such as delay on the part of the courier making the delivery.
Upon delivery, the goods shall be carefully examined by the User and/or his authorized person. In the event of external visible defects - possible damages, bumps and other damages found during delivery, the User should sign a damage report in the presence of the courier, in which he describes the defects found and immediately notifies furnite.bg at 359 (0) 888 817 472 .
Upon acceptance of delivery by the User without remarks, any and all subsequent claims for any visible defects of the goods received shall be deemed to be unfounded and as such shall not be satisfied. In the event that a damage report is not drawn up and signed in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the goods and/or does not immediately notify furnite.bg at 359 (0) 888 817 472 , the User shall forfeit his right to bring the identified external visible defects into compliance with the contract of sale.
In the event of an incorrect or wrong address, contact person and/or telephone number when submitting the order, furnite.bg shall not be held liable for inaccurate execution of the order as a result of the incorrect information provided by the User.
Upon delivery of the goods, the User or a third person designated by him/her shall sign the accompanying documents. The third party is considered to be any person who is not the holder of the application but accepts the goods upon delivery to the delivery address indicated by the User.
In the event that the User is not found within the delivery period at the address indicated by him and/or access to the delivery address is not provided, furnite.bg shall be released from its obligation to deliver the ordered goods and the User shall lose the opportunity to have the ordered goods delivered to him.
Where the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the goods requested for purchase by the User and this can be ascertained by a simple inspection of the delivered goods, the User shall have the right to request that the delivered goods be replaced with goods corresponding to the purchase request made by him within 24 hours from the notification of furnite.bg of such a request at 359 (0) 888 817 472 or email hello@furnite.bg.
furnite.bg reserves the right to choose / change the subcontractor carrying out the delivery, without being obliged to inform the User in advance, as long as this does not affect the method and time of delivery.
furnite.bg carries out deliveries through subcontractor(s) only on the territory of Bulgaria.
Romania
At the moment, only Effeuno products can be sold to Romania.
The shipping policy to Romania correspond to the above-mentioned shipping conditions within Bulgaria.
Shipping to Romania as well as any other costs which may apply are at the buyer's expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The shipping can take up to 10 working days after dispatch.
Shipping via our partner Ekont is only possible for products from our shop up to 50kg and is not offered for cash on delivery, but only for prepayment by Credit-Card or other Pre-Payment method.

Greece
Currently only Effeuno and Revolve products can be sold to Greece. For any other brand please get in touch before you buy.
The delivery policy to Greeve corresponds to the aforementioned delivery conditions on the territory of Bulgaria.
Delivery to Greece, as well as any other costs that may apply, are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery may take up to 10 working days after dispatch.
Delivery via our partner Econt is only possible for products from our store weighing up to 50 kg and is not available with cash on delivery, but only with pre-payment by credit card or other pre-payment method like SumUp.
