Individual Biscotto pizza stone for the EFFEUNO F, N and Easy Pizza line (P134H). It is also an Italian product with ideal baking properties. The biscotto stone can optimally accumulate heat while making the dough wonderfully crispy without burning it. Another feature is that the biscotto pizza stone is particularly thick and is handmade from clay.
The traditional biscotto pizza stone is a handmade natural product - therefore small bumps or inclusions are perfectly normal. This makes each traditionally made Biscotto stone a truly unique product and prevents the pizza base from burning even at the highest temperatures!

Effeuno Biscotto Stone
- Place the Biscotto Effeuno in the baking chamber of the oven.
- Turn on the oven using the special on button.
- Turn the knobs (bottom and top) until a temperature of 100°C is reached.
- Allow the oven to maintain this temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Increase the temperature by turning the knobs (bottom and top) to 150°C.
- Maintain the oven at this temperature for a further 20 minutes.
- Repeat step 4, increasing the temperature by 50°C each time until you reach the maximum oven temperature.
