It all started in 2008 when the Dalla Guarda family took over ERCAV, a historic company from the Vicenza area that had been producing spiral mixers for over 40 years. Previous experience in the field of mechanics and the development of innovative techniques led to the creation of Sunmix in 2009, whose main objective is the production of high-quality and functional Made in Italy appliances.
The current range of dough mixers includes models with capacities from 6 kg to 300 kg of dough. Even a machine that forms balls of dough for you with speed and consistency is now part of their innovative product line.
